It only took me about 22 hours to pull it all together, but I finally moved into Brooklyn and got internet access. Compared to living in the Philly burbs, it’s…not what I’m used to. Everything moves so fast down here, it’d seem impossible to keep up.
But I’m fast as well. And I can keep up. Today I woke up at 7:45 for the first time in months (as opposed to going to bed then), made myself some tea (timed my shower to coincide with the brew), got dressed and organized and then bought around a week’s worth of food and a functional wireless router. Probably walked like two miles today easily.
Nobody told me how to do it or what the proper methods were, but I did what I felt made sense, and it worked out well. The one unfortunate thing is no live Phillies games anymore. But then again, that’s why I started this blog in the first place!
Phillies and Eagles game threads will be up tonight, and I’ll try to get in both of them if I’m not busy.
